This portal lists and sells tickets only for Sanka Dineth. The policies below apply to purchases completed on this Site using the payment methods we support (including credit and debit cards and any enabled installment or “easy payment” options where offered).
Scope
These rules apply to all events sold here, including live performances and other ticketed experiences presented under the Sanka Dineth brand, whether or not additional box-office sales occur elsewhere.
Host and ticketing
This Site is operated by the same party that hosts and presents every event offered here. We sell tickets directly for our own shows. Refunds when we cancel or postpone an event follow the rules below. Matters outside our reasonable control (for example, how a co-located venue applies its house rules) may still affect your experience; any specific refund rights in those cases are as stated in our Terms & Conditions and this policy.
General rule: sales are final
All ticket sales are final except where the event is cancelled or postponed as described below. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, incorrect personal details entered at checkout, or similar reasons.
Please verify event details, ticket type, quantity, and payment information before you complete payment.
When you may be eligible for a refund
You may be eligible for a refund from this ticketing service if:
- The entertainment event is cancelled; or
- The entertainment event is postponed.
Processing fees, service charges, and handling fees are generally non-refundable. Government taxes, levies, and bank or payment-provider charges may also be deducted from any refund. Where a refund applies, it is typically limited to the ticket face value (or the remaining amount after lawful deductions), not optional add-ons that are consumed or non-refundable by policy.
Refund procedure
If you qualify under our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy, you may need to request a refund within seven (7) bank working days from the date a postponement is announced through our official notification channels (such as this Site, official social media, SMS, or email). Requests received after that period may not be processed.
If an event is cancelled, we will refund the eligible ticket amount (after applicable deductions) to the original payment method where possible, and we may process this automatically without requiring a separate request.
If you paid through an installment or easy-payment programme, refunds may be credited according to that provider’s rules (often back to the underlying card or account), after the same lawful deductions.
Important notes
- Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable taxes, levies, bank charges, and non-refundable service or handling fees.
- Partial cancellation of an order is not supported; where a refund is approved for a qualifying situation, the approach may follow order-level rules communicated at the time.
- We may state extra conditions on an event page or at purchase; where those conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
